The apartment building, has lift which makes it easy for the tenants to access any floor easily. The building has firefighting equipment’s which is per city rules and regulations. Moreover, our building offers high security system to tenants and their belongings we have; Security Guards 24 hours on site, Electrical Fence which works 24 hours, CCTV cameras on all areas of the building.



Our 2 bedrooms apartments comes in 2 options which are Full Furnished and Unfurnished apartments.



The basic unfurnished 2 bedrooms apartments offers:

The basic furnished 2 bedrooms apartments offers:
  • 2 bedrooms: Each of the bedrooms has a bed, bed linens, Cabinets, Air Condition, Curtains and bedside stands.
  • Kitchen (with cabinets): The kitchen has a Cooker, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils, Air Fryer, Microwave, Rice Cooker, and Hot water Heater Jug.
  • Sitting room; the sitting room has Sofa set, Coffee Table, Air Condition, Television, Television Show case. The dining space has a dining table and chairs.
  • Laundry Area: The laundry area has a washing machine, washing sink and tap with 24 hours water supply.
  • Wi-Fi 24 hours and is paid by the company.
